Lulu is a champion we don't see that often anymore. I guess there are just better enchanters at the moment, which is quite unfortunate because there aren't many support kits that revolve solely around the ADC.
Lulu is one of the most selfless champions in League, and her success is greatly dependent on how well her ADC does. Despite being such a selfless champion, she is quite fun to play. Nothing more satisfying than hitting a 5-man knock up with your ult or saving your ADC with one of your shield.
Hopefully, she gets a small buff in the future to make her more viable. While we wait for that, why don't we take a look at all the skins she has received so far.
